guess where we are going.....

DISNEYLAND!!!! we leave sunday and are going to both parks for 2 days!! thanks grandma barbara for taking us for our family christmas present. Here is Shane the last time we were there last when he was 3.

we have an unwelcome visitor in our home (AKA the flu)

I love my little boys to pieces so it kills me to see them in agony! Friday night with in 5 minutes of each other both the boys were vomiting . That went on for 3 days and now they have been better during the day and sick again at night. I am crossing my fingers that it is over,but now Matt has it!! ahhh... All i have to say is i have done 13 loads of laundry in 4 days, that is right 13!! It could be worse, I know but the flu really brings everyone down :-( Other than that we are looking forward to going to Disneyland in a couple weeks . Hopefully everyone will be healthy by then!

it can not be november already!!!

life has been busy as always in our home lately. Matt and i took a much needed 2 day trip to san fran and had a blast. came home and had to start getting ready for halloween. Jax was the cutest lil chicken and shane a pirate arrhh! We had a great time with a bunch of friends trick or treating.

pumpkin patch and some other stuff!

We have been very busy lately. Matt was so sweet to get me a beach cruiser bike and trailor for our anniversary! We have been doing the bob jones trail and all over around are neighborhood. Shane loves to ride like a big boy next to us. He goes as fast as i do and he does not have gears! We took a trip to the pumpkin patch and that was fun as usual.
Next weekend is Matt's 30th b-day and we are going to san francisco to have a weekend without kiddos and see a 49er game! so excited. My brother lives up there so he will be our tour guide :-) Have a good weekend!

the circus!

We went to the Carson and Barnes circus that came to town this weekend. It was so awesome! the boys had a blast and even Matt and I. It had everything a circus could offer ,elephants , camels, trapize,high rope , clowns etc... I forgot my camera..bummer..During the show Shaner looked at me and said" mom what a show, your a sweetheart for taking me here".that is coming from a 41/2 year old!Jax sat amazed in my lap the whole 2 hours.
Today we went to the avila valley Barn and picked apples.We had a great weekend,hope you did too!

lots of stuff !!

well we have lots of stuff going on in our home at the moment. Shane can swim well on his own now, this week he started riding his bike without training wheels. it was not but a day later and now he is going full speed around the block over and over again. Needless to say I have taken up running:-) On top of that he is playing soccer and doing guitar lessons and 3 days of pre-school..whew!!
Jaxson is starting to use more words and understands almost everything I tell him. He started his first class at wee workout while brother is in school.He also loves the water. We did mommy and me at the pool this summer. he is just too cute!
The weather is starting to change,the wind is picking up at night and our lil pumpkin patch is growing so I know the holidays will be here before we know it. Shane has already picked out his costume for halloween, a pirate ,and i got Jax the chicken costume from babystyle.It is too cute.
I finally posted some pictures! some of my b-day, our trip to santa cruz and gilroy gardens and a couple others! Have a great weekend!

I am not so good at this....

I said I was going to start a blog, but so far i have been so busy this is the last thing on the list. I need more motivation!!So any how, I am so excited i have started to sew again! That has taken any little bit of spare time I had left! My friend Amanda has helped me out (from MADE JUST FOR ME ,look in my links).She is so crafty!! wow! She has showed me some of her tricks and even gave me a pattern for her baby bibs,soo cute!
The boys are doing great. Shane can swim now after a summer of swim lessons and is ready for preschool to start back.This is his last year before kindergarten!! Jaxson is all over the place, a real monkey. He is such a charmer. Matt and I are just busy working away as usual. I am going on a girls trip to the coast for my friends 30th b-day this weekend so that should be fun!

My friend and neighbor,summer just moved to Washington:-( and has finally convinced me to start a blog to keep in touch and watch each others children grow. So here we go!!

so here are the haps for the brennan fam for this summer.Lots of pool and lake time due to the 100* plus weather, through in a camping trip or two,the fair comming up and there you have it. I will keep you posted with pictures !
